Nope, there's no CD + DVD versions available for her pre-Memorial address albums. RAINBOW has a DVD-Audio version available, but that's very, very different from CD + DVD - it just basically boosts the sound quality of the tracks on DVD, or something. No PVs at all - you've got nothing to worry about.
