You can't do that either. I asked and only the fanclub members can go to the tv recordings.
At least that is how music station works, but I'd imagine the other shows are the same too. Makes sense. That way the artist always has a supportive crowd.

That might only work for the Arena tours, but even then your friend would have to get them within the first few minutes they go on sale I think.
If you have no friend in Japan, then the resale shops are easily the best option(especially since you get to choose your own ticket then - when getting them officially through avex, your ticket is random) or find a seller on yahoo auctions japan that is willing to ship internationally.
