They don't usually do this for "pop stars" like ayu. She'd have to reach crazy Tori Amos/Led Zeppelin/etc. levels of "Artist" (as opposed to "performer", "pop star", "singer", etc) for them to release this. There's just not that many people interested in her creative process. Not enough for avex to take a chance and release demos and early, alternate, or unreleased mixes.
Though I'd love to see it myself  They're not even releasing full versions of remixes that were only in megamixes; I wouldn't hold my breath on this
