Remember you have to pay all dates you win (and overseas members usally win all ther entrys)
You went to ARENA TOUR 2012 and 2015? Can you guesstimate how long the concert was? Last time I went was 07 and I think it was roughly two hours. If it's over 2.5 hours I am cutting it too close to make it back to Tokyo from Nagoya on Saturday, so I'd have to lotto for Sunday instead.
