I think they would only care if Ayu still had a number 1 streak they would do something. But since she doesn't, I doubt they care who gets first since they are both from Avex. And we should be rooting for a completely fair competition here.
Here is something more worrying though: Trick 1st day: 1 - Koda Kumi - 60,299 (x1.7) = 102,508
Koda's first day sales were actually HIGHER for Trick. And Trick ended up selling pretty crappily and with less versions.
