I feel like that's the worst possible part to record a such a short clip of, lol. It sounds like she's trying to hype them up, but we don't get to hear the build up that got her there. It starts to stound better towards the end right when it gets cut off. I think it's an unfortunate clip, can't really judge how the song sounds from it but it definitely piqued my interest.
