You don't need to apply any forms to iFLYER, Fan Club or Customer Service to attend the rescheduled concert.
Please keep your ticket in a safe place until the day of the concert.

For anyone living in Japan and not able to attend the rescheduled concert on December 3rd and wish to claim a refund of your ticket, refund is scheduled to begin processing from Monday November 9th, 2015.

Details regarding refund will be announced on the official website and a notification email will be sent to people who purchased Zepp Fukuoka concert tickets.

For anyone living in overseas and not able to attend the rescheduled concert on December 3rd and wish to claim a refund of your ticket, a notification email will be sent from iFLYER on or after Monday November 9th, 2015.
