Especially when its something that can be life threatening if she were to ignore it. Maybe that's what the end of BRILLANTE PV was meant to represent
ayu getting attacked by what helped support her to the top
Ayu just needs bed rest. This is not a cold, its something that got into her lungs. Though she would have the best care I imagine, its still something not to take lightly.
