http://www.juyoh.co.jp/ highly recommended. The place is cheap, clean and it's prolly in the area closest to Narita Airport (~40minutes via Skyliner + 3mins from Ueno Station and a couple of minutes walk). A night's around 1900 yen; depending on how long are you staying it may be even cheaper. The staff speak English and there is an Onsen on the roof (300 yen an hour, you gotta try it at least once lol) xD It's easy to get to Yoyogi from there, though it'll prolly take around 30mins or so
though in Tokyo it's relatively easy to get from one point to another wherever you are ^_^ ahh how much I miss that city T_T
