Sure, they don't sound identical, but they're pretty darn close. For every person who said [song] sounded the same in different performances, you have someone else who said it didn't. I guess it depends on if you have enough confidence in other people to always believe that they can pick up on the small differences. Therefore, some people will call it "identical" when they're actually "almost identical", and suddenly everyone believes Ayu is lip-synching 2/3 of the concert because of a few people.
BTW, I'm not saying Ayu never lip-synchs. Personally, I believe she's just accused of it more often than she actually does (or at least more often than can be proven beyond reasonable doubt).
