Astro boy was hilarious!! Hanerunotobira is TV show/comedy group apparently aired in Tokyo (I sure don't get it here in Nagasaki). Ayu said she watches everyweek and really enjoys the show. It was quite a crazy episode with one of the girls showing her softball skills --she ripped the back of her skirt, that's why Ayu's standing behind her trying to hide the rip; a guy who shows his flexibility and another guy who played "Dearest" on his er... flute (?) thingie.
At the end, they showed Ayu trying to get involved in the construction of her beach house... except that the day she went to the beach, there was somekind of tournament (was it volleyball?). I believe that next week they'll show Ayu helping out with the beach house.
