Japanese are the most sexually frustrated and insecure nation in the world so that's why it's such a big deal. I read that in average the first time they have sex, if ever, is when they are around 30. Now imagine the frustration that piles up from the moment you hit puberty to 30
In the meantime they start developing a false sense of moral and what is acceptable and what's not. Hypocracy, but also a very serious issue.
