Maybe the mods would want to make a pop-up on the main page, not the forums? I recall that the main page was still accessible (a.k.a.
www.ahsforum.com) so perhaps someone could put a notice up there to inform people who don't know about server downtime. At least it doesn't send the people here into a panic about whether their IP has been blocked from the server or whether their computers are exhibiting erratic behaviour.
