[How to exchange]
[1] Please access and log in to the TeamAyu site and prepare your Digital License.
[2] Present your Digital License at the exchange window.
[3] Confirm your identity and get an original reward!
[Precautions]
* Original venue commemoration rewards will be distributed at the Fanclub booth. Only while supplies last (first-come-first-served). Please note that exchanges and defects will only be handled at the venue on the day of the event.
* You'll need your TeamAyu membership number and password when presenting your Digital License. Please note that we won't be able to respond on the day of the event if you've lost your password or membership number.
* If your Digital License is displayed on a computer, please print it out and bring it with you.
* Each membership number is redeemable only once (It won't be accepted on the 2nd time onwards). If you have multiple membership numbers, please line them up and arrange them again.
* Exchanges under persons other than the person him/herself will not be accepted.
* Please immediately open your ayu-mikuji when you receive it.
