The idiom it's based on is 女心と秋の空(onnagokoro to aki no sora), so "a woman's heart and the autumn sky". It means that a woman's mood changes as easily as the weather during autumn.

I'm kind of interested in her writing onna in katakana as opposed to kanji. Is there a reason behind it? Could it be inclusivity, so also meaning trans women and gay men?
