They look back a bit (since it's her 20th anniversary). Apparently there'd be times when she got home from a day of work only to be told "We'll pick you up again in 20 minutes". In other words, she had close to zero free time.
She'd tell her younger self that becoming an adult is alright. In the past she didn't know anything and that made her feel scared/anxious all the time. But she's learned a lot over the years.
