Regarding the recently cancelled "ayumi hamasaki ASIA TOUR 2021-2022 A 〜23rd Monster〜" concert at NIPPON GAISHI HALL on November 7, 2021 (Sun), we regret that it is taking some time to arrange a replacement date.
We are still trying to find a replacement date and venue for this concert.
However, as two months have passed since the show was cancelled, we will be offering refunds to those who wish to have their tickets refunded at this time.
If you would like to receive a refund, please check the refund schedule and procedure below, and follow the instructions within this period.
Please note that the refund period will be rescheduled after the decision is made on whether or not the replacement performance will be held, but it may be held at another venue or cancelled if the schedule cannot be adjusted. Please be aware of this in advance.
The schedule for the substitute performance will be announced on the ayumi hamasaki fan club site and official site as soon as it is ready.
For those who are willing to wait, please wait until the announcement of the replacement performance and make a decision on the refund at that time.
We will also postpone the start of electronic ticketing, so we will send out another email according to the performance date after the details of the replacement performance are determined.
