It's called over analyzing and it most of the time ruins everything.
I do this with movies and I had to stop, because it just came down to never watching a movie again because you can always find something wrong or just stop analyzing and enjoy it.
Sometimes there is no reason on why you like something, you just do and there is nothing wrong with that whatsoever.
