I've deleted the threads you linked. At the bottom of each forum, you should see a box that says Moderators and names the staff members who have moderation powers in the forum. If they're people you don't really know or haven't seen around you can PM a staff member you've interacted with and they'll tell us about the request, or you can report the first post of the thread and say in the message that you'd like it deleted/locked.
