Right, nowhere.
It just bothered me to see her with her arm extended and looking all dramatic to the audience like she's some kind of Marie Antoinette looking down at her subjects.
The contrast with the previous performances is just huge.
Oh well, I still love the new remastered versions, so the album is a win for me.
