Can someone tell me what is happening in this video?

Here ayu performs UNITE! and after that she talks a bit, and starts crying. It's a really weird scene because she's so happy when she performs and then she starts talking with this fake cute voice, and then suddenly she cries. I render this as ayu thanking everyone or something... I'm really wondering what she was talking about.
