Fanmade forum goods. They're at most concerts usually..

It's more prevalent in TW/HK/SH though, since Japan tends to charge a lot and it's cheaper to make your own..

It happens at all the Japan concerts, too. There are a lot of unofficial goods sellers at the center of the buying frenzy.

I would think that most of the transactions and stuff occur before the concerts, and the forumgoers all meet up on the day of the concert and etc with their posters/signs/goods/etc..

I'm not sure how it works usually in Asia.. I know though that Ayuchina does this often, since they have a lot of talented designers..
