[alan] ALAN vs. AYUMI

I know ALAN seems to make a very "AYUMI" type music. So what do you like better?
Ayumi makes more hip hop and electric music now, so it is very different and many of my friends like alan more because she makes traditional chinese music. what do you like???

I like AYU because she is my 1 LOVE.

alan just lacks any interesting points besides her looks IMO :S ~! I can't listen to her because her songs bore me....

To be honest, I would appreciate alan a LOT more if she wrote her own lyrics. alan has a bit too many ballads in her discography, but I love her voice. Her PV's aren't all that interesting though

Ayumi is the more interesting one in this fight though xD She's written all her lyrics from the start, has diverse amount of music in her discography, but her voice can be either great or terrible at times. Her PV's vary from "AWESOME" to "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?"

So I vote Ayu, although this poll is a bit out there xD

i love ayu for her lyrics, but mostly she have great composers, lately i've been kinda disappointed, so i'm venturing toward other artists

i love alan because of her voice and her talent, and also her composers, i've always love that oriental sound and it's hard to find those songs unless it's just all instrumentals, and she can just make any song beautiful with her voice

She's basically saying you are comparing alan (the hill) to Ayumi (the mountian). And it's obvious the mountain will win especially on her own forum. I chose both, alan has something Ayumi doesn't and Ayumi has something alan doesn't.

^Lol. Some of her songs do make you want to sleep, like Kuon no Kawa. She co-wrote Yume no Garden that's a start, seeing how she still doesn't know Japanese that well. She reminds me of BoA. For her Japanese debut album, BoA co-wrote and composed Nothing's Gonna Change and alan co-wrote Yume no Garden and composed Together.
