About ayupan trump card strap

Damm... YA just send me an email that the ayupan queen joker trump card is Not avalable!!!!
I actually want to order it from mumo, but it was already sold out there, so I only manage to get the king n the joker one.

I thought I could get my queen card from YA, and now they fail to get it... I'm sad now... I really want to get a set of them


Sigh... So for those who order the strap, did you manage to get it?

I haven't had an email yet. Did yesasia say they had none at all or that they had allowed more orders than they had straps? I ordered myself one for my birthday

They didn't say, they gave me the option of waiting for another 5 more days for them to locate it or jet remove the item.

But from my past experiences with YA tour goodies is, they tend to put the listing up without checking if they have enough.
The queen card strap is sold out at mumo within 6 hours, so I immediatly went to get the queen strap from YA on the same day, i order it soooo early and they don't even have it for me????

I'm pissed off!!!!!!
And they still left the listing up there till now! I hate it when YA don't keep track of what they have, and gave people empty hopes. This is not the first time!!!!!!

I think YA get not only from mu-mo. I suspect they have ppl to buy from the concert venues. Which is why u had to wait a few more days to see if there's any chance of getting it. Try to look things from the other side and not just blame YA of giving you false hope instead of despair.

if they couldn't get the stock that much,then just close the pre-orders when they received enough order.it is damn frustrated when putting hope on them and after several weeks,they email to you and tell you that they couldn't find the stock.i think they need to improve on this.i didn't face this problem before,but my friend did.she pre-ordered something on yesasia early enough.after waited for 1 week after the release date,still no news on it.then,she emailed to yesasia ask what's happening,and then only they replied say they couldn't find the stock.but the most worst thing is,they couldn't manage to get the stocks,and yet they still state there 'ship withing 7 days' something like that.they knew that the stuff has limited quantities,and they should know how many quantities they can get and receive that amount of order and not receive a bunch of orders,and then weeks later,email back to them and tell them the stuff is out of stock.

i don't like how they put it on their listing, like what nanakopy said. If they aren't sure that they can get the stock, they should change the status to 'locating for stock' on their listing(instead of 'ship with 7 or 21 days'.

As there are more people out there who might place their order even now, and giving them false hope that the item CAN be ship

Now I just received a lovely email from yesasia that the release for this ayupan strap is cancel and they are refunding my money....

Damm damm damm....

The release aren't cancel, it's you who are unable to make sure of your stock and list it up.
It will be nice to ensure that you can get the stock before listing it up!!!

I orderd from mu-mo and Avex Taiwan. I have got all the three straps from mu-mo, but am still waiting for the others from Avex Taiwan, which will probably arrive between August 16~20.

I got an email to say mine has shipped including the Queen trump strap. Yesasia now has it in stock within 1-2 days so maybe try ordering again as they seem to have stock now?

Mine arrived today along with the key for my flat and I was going to use the strap as a keyring for that key
It's really well made >.< I thought the 'cards' would be a flimsy laminate plastic but this is thick acrylic. Really impressed!

i'm hoping they will be available at the 7 days final... i would rather buy my strap there then YA's now....after what they had done to me.... (!_!)
