True Blue and Ray of Light are my favorite covers. Madonna looks really beautiful in Ray of Light's cover, even though her outfit is kinda horrible...

My faves Erotica because it somehow managed to class up that book

But you didn't post what I'll always remember as 'The First Album' cover. There's something about it that just relates to her during that era. When you read the unofficial biographies (Andrew Morton, J.Randy Taraborrelli and even her brothers) I always imagine her looking like it:
