This album fits totally this book...

you ever listened to an album while reading a book and thought the music fits the book sooo well?
I made this thread so you can post your experiences and share them with everyone

A few years ago I read The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown in English and listened to HYDE's Roentgen album and I thought that the music fits sooo perfect.. especially the song Secret Letter..

then 1 or 2 years later I read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and I read an interview with Daniel Radcliffe who said that the album "Takk.." by Sigur Rós fits totally the mood of the book and he was soo right and I'm very thankful because I love Sigur Rós soo much

soo, do you have any experiences? feel free to share them here

Oh that seems cool! There will be passages in books that remind me of songs and vice versa, but never an entire album or book that I've read have been in a harmony like that. I'm looking forward to it happening now.

Maybe, but I can't remember one off the top of my head. However, sometimes I am obsessing on some computer game like Final Fantasy or whatever and if around that time, I am obsessing over certain album (regardless if it fits the tone of the game or not) then I will always associate that album with the game

When I used to quest in WoW I would keep either Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad CD or Brit's Blackout on repeat
