The hidden meaning behind FIVE's title?
Within the SWEET interview, Ayu said that there is a hidden message that can be found in the title of FIVE.
It seems as though Mixi members have already been hard at work figuring out what it could be, and someone posted this. ![]() "H♡PE" The P is backwards and the O is a heart. But do you think this could be it? Discuss. haha

Wow. I would've never been able to find this but it makes sense to me. Really cool! Even if this wasn't ayus intention, the font totally looks like "H♡PE" this way.
I think there might be another hidden message behind the word FIVE, but not sure what that could be. She said this in the October sweet issue? I wondered what she said in this interview. Thanks for posting this ![]()

Maybe, but the "P" looks weird.
The curve in the V looks like a heart, there are many curves in the letters though. Before I only nottice the V for 5 in roman numbers (as L for 50) We had L then Love Songs and now FIVE

It does makes sense! at least, now nobody can say that Ayu named the album FIVE just because it has 5 tracks!

Wow, I never would have picked that up! I think its highly likely to be "H♡PE", if nothing else.

The message could be Hope.. but why have the P backwards??
As for the title.. I think its FIVE because there are five new songs.. nothing more. and they stylized the FIVE to look like hope. |

^cool, I never realized that (about five months after the tragedy)...It's really interesting.
To be honest, for a second I thought perhaps Ayu called her album FIVE because Beyonce called hers 4 (lol), but I'm glad I regained my hope in Ayu (no pun intended). She really does think quite deeply about her titles, despite how simple they may seem ![]()

I totally didn't notice!
So FIVE months after the disaster -> HOPE. Awesome.

H♡PE... Wow so cool, it makes sense and it has a deep meaning!
I am admirative since I wouldn't have been able to figure out something like this. I still wait on Ayu to confirm this or explain the meaning she intended...

That's really clever of those guys! I would have never seen it.
FIVE = HOPE FIVE = Five songs within the album *except beloved on the CD Only FIVE = as PoetGirl said, Five months after that terrible disaster in Japan.
