not really, they shared the same makeup especially in the first pic and this confuses the whole thing but imo no

Yeah, it's not THAT similar, but if they're basing this article on YouTube comments it's understandable Honestly, go to any video of an Asian singer on YT and people will claim they look like someone else (often it's Ayu )

Cool to know that Han Ji Eun was an Ayu fan though!

LOL I thought Han Ji Eun is Song Hye Gyo at first I have been excited to know SHG also a fan of Ayu. But I was wrong

Anyway, she doesn't looks like Ayu at all. Only the make up style (But still not really similar)

She doesn't look like ayu. None of her facial features actually. I wonder why people would think that. (TBH I don't even think that ayu has a look that can be easily obtained. ayu looks a bit off *IMO positive* when compared to other Japanese woman)

Her make up resembles ayu's make up though.

How do Koreans distinguish themselves from Japanese actually?
