The famous diner featured in Love song/Last angel!

Not sure if anybody's pointed this out yet, but I was watching the Making of Love song and Last angel and I noticed that the Royal Diner that's featured is also the same one that Booth and Brennan go to in Bones! It's also been in How I Met Your Mother. Apparently it's not a real diner though and is just part of a fake set on the Fox backlot. The Bones one is based in DC.

I wonder how "real" of a diner it actually is. I mean, I know it's not a real location, but in Bones it looks pretty complete as far as the booths and food and what have you.

The diner/gas station in Virgin Road is a set as well. It's called the "4 Aces". NCIS, Lady Gaga and Hollywood films have used it before.
But those diner sets are fully equipped to look like real diners inside and out, only the food is obviously not there by default.
