THE FIRST moumoon OFFICIAL THREAD



moumoon is a japanese pop-rock duet composed by vocalist/lyricist Yuka and guitarist/composer Masaki Kohsuke. The band’s name consists of the French word mou (tender) and the English word moon. Their debut mini album “Flowers” was released in 2006. Before the album, they had released a pre-debut single which featured two of the tracks included on their upcoming single. These songs were “Flowers” and “pride”.

In 2007, moumoon was signed to Avex Trax, and the second mini,”love me?” album was released. The band performed their first tv live for the song “SWEET HEART”. As a result moumoon began to steadily gathering interests and fans.

^Cinderella, my darling & Do you remember? are all awesome I adore all of the love me? mini-album though.
And omg, I'm so excited about their new single and album. Unfortunately my internet is so absurdly slow right now that I can't even think about downloading the more than love PV... and I really want to listen to the song T_T Has anyone made a PV-rip yet?

Hurray for the first official moumoon thread!!! I've really grown to like them . They're music is so catchy!!! I'm still getting used to them though. I just barely got done listening to love me? and now I'm moving on to Flowers...speaking of which I that song so much!!!

AGH, I'm so excited for this album. Though, it's kinda weird they put ALL the previously released tracks right in the beggining of the tracklist? Anyway, Cinderella is made of pure win so I'm glad it was included I didn't think any of the love me? tracks were gonna make it here. SWEET HEART wasn't one of my favorites but I have a feeling I might like the acoustic ver. better than the original.

BTW, I'm so digging Do you remember? right now. That song is SWEET.

And I'm glad to see the album is doing better than the singles, though they deserve more I hope it sells at least 5k+
