Well it will be a lot more detailed than that because that's a "not for sale" copy and these things don't need to have a fancy cover because for their purpose they don't need to be any attractive at all, just look technical.

Actually I know a 2nd hand store in HK that sells these Promo CDs, I've seen an Avex one, a Mika one and the promo Rainbow CD there, it's not that expensive neither, pretty cool ^_^

Sometimes promo-CDs are released with alternative cover images etc. and can be highly sought-after. I don't really have a problem with a 'plain' promo, as was said before, they are functional items.
