Can you guys tell me how is the video and sound quality for this DVD? Does it include all the CMs or it just CMs from her singles?

It wouldn't include Non-avex CMs such as KOSE, BOSS, Morinaga, etc.

What is included should be exactly as the Jpn ver tracklist Yesasia has listed.
