I think so...if you listen to the Visee one...her voice is a LOT more different and more nasal-y...im just wondering, bcuz the CM sounded more dramatic..o.o...(in a good way)

She might've made a different version for just the CM, but I also dunno for sure...

Maybe only the chorus (sorry i am not sure about the word.. i mean, vocals?) are more loud in the CM only

That could be the reason as well, since the opposite can somewhat be said about the Tu-ka Funstyle CM with the M (Rank-M) mix and people confuse it with an actual song

hmm sound a little different tome too, but cant tell if it just the louder chrous in the CM

Yep... sounds different. Just like the CM versions of "July 1st," "ANGEL'S SONG," and... well, a few others I can't really remember. They sound different than the ones released.

In the CM it sounded that Ayumi was singing a bit deeper but I like the song no matter what.

Yes...I agree. The "July 1st" Visee Cm sounded completely different from the actual song. In my opinion, the CM version sounded better.

I noticed the same with the Panasonic Cm featuring "ANGEL'S SONG" too.

Pretty strange...maybe the studios chnage the vocal levels or put different effects into the song clips for the CMs?

the CM versions seem to be the instrumental versions of the song... with background vocals added... They took the main vocal and put it in the background.... that's why it sounds different...
