Is everyone all right?" After that I just understand several such as "after that", or "tomorrow I'll..." Too bad... >_< Sorry, i hope anyone can help me. ^^

Yeah, it's hard to understand what she's saying because of the bg noise and the fact that Ayumi kinda mumbles. She does say that she's going to return to Japan tomorrow (which is 6/14 according to the dated vid) and that she bought lots of souvenirs that she hopes everyone enjoys.

If you're trying to download using the 1st link, it's probably because the amount of downloads with YouSendIt has most likely been used up. The 2nd link is still online.
