Quick Utada hikaru question

I heard this one Utada song, but I don't know the name so I can't download it...maybe some Utada fans can help me. The chorus goes like "shiawase ni..Whoa-oh, (something something) Whoa-oh" and so on. If that makes any sense to anyone, help? It's an upbeat song.

I don't collect Utada's albums and only like a few of her songs...it's not obvious to me, yanno.
