Avex Shop Zone is where I find the pictures and there are 2 places you can try to order them.
Nippon Export. You can e-mail then and ask them to put up these items so u cna order. Or Crescent Shop. Tell then what u want they will order and ship to you Im thinking about getting the Phone Strap and DAI bag
