Yes, it's very much a bootleg....unless for some reason, Avex is selling a separate DVD for Mainland China fans....

that is a bootleg from china. take a look at the chinese title. the original tranlation should be 'bu jie' ('bu' is that 'bu' for ayumi)not 'wu jie'.
