listen to this, is it right?

Erm I just bought my (miss)understood album and i was checking if there's anything worng with the disc. I was listening to alterna and i found one part a little different. Can anyone help me check if it's suppose to be like this or it's bad quality? I have recorded.. the weird is around 00.28

The album has a different mix for "alterna". From what I've heard from other AHS members...the "hey hey hey hey" voices are a little more muffled and some parts have different instrumentation.
