oricon's top 10 fashion leaders??

i put it in the translator site, it says the list has something to do with fashion. can anyone please translate the article? and the list.

on the list that i know of for females is (#2) koda kumi; (#3) aiko; (#4) kaela kimura; (#6) ueto aya; (#7) yuki; (#9) hamasaki ayumi.

^ I guess so coz the fashion magazines I read gave comments that Japanese highschool girls are fond of sexy clothing, sexiness is the latest trend now. But are the highschoolers really dress like Koda Kumi!?

I think the title is something like "popularity as a fashion leader among the junior high and highschool students". Not only highschool girls. Coz the higschool boys voted for the male artists too. But I am not 100% sure, this is what I get from reading the Kanji and web translator.

The No.1 for female artist, 蝦原友里 is the top model for Japan fashion magazine "CAM CAM", no.2 KODA KUMI, no.3 is AIKO (O.o Aiko gets higher ranking in fashion then Ayu!?), no.4 KIMURA カエラ & no.5 ベッキー are also models, no.6 UETO AYA, no.7 田中美保 is modelling for "MINNA" (I like her, she's really cute and pretty ^^), no.8 YUKI & no.9 HAMASAKI AYUMI.

There are also comments from the voters, 蝦原友里 got no.1 because the students like her girlish fashion, both junior high and highschool students can imitate her (easily).

I hate it that Ayu is lower position (no.9 is really low). Most of the female artists/model in the chart have more girlish type of fashion sense, except for Koda Kumi (LOL~). Ayu is no longer the "top" maybe coz her fashion sense now is harder for the younger highschoolers to imitate (all she wears are branded goods and her glam and more mature image), but, she is still "IN"!!!!! *>.<*
