QUESTION | Can I Disable Smileys In My Own Posts?

well can i?
i don't like smileys.
i hate it when i do this:

: ) and : D [minus spaces.]
and these come up

anyway. can i get rid of them in my own posts?

When you go Advanced, there's a little thing that says "Disable smilies in text", I think.

When you create a thread, and you scroll down, you could see something like "disable smileys", thats the one.

Or when you're going to respond, click Go Advanced, then scroll down to Additional Options and look at what's there. :|
