ZARD is kicking ass in the album department. The GB album will probably end up being the best selling album of 2007, and they totally deserve it too.

No it wouldn't. Most of the sales have already been counted towards 2006 on ORICON for that album, so even though the total sales may be great, best album of 2007 so far is still HOME by Mr. Children.

ZARD's 2007 sales for this album is around 330k. Her company is releasing 2 more BEST albums in August.

Like ZARD, Kobukuro's album was released in 2006. Kobukuro's 2007 sales for that album is around 635k though, so it'll definitely be a contender for a TOP 5 position imo.
