I'd link you to my favorite song, but I can't right now =__=

m-flo, DJ Taku Takahashi + emcee VERBAL, Lisa used to be in the group as well. They're my favorite, and they did a song with Namie and Kumi too! ^^

Rip Slyme Ryo-Z, Ilmari, Pes, Su & Fumiya. They resemble Beastie Boys a bit, like old school hip-hop.

HALCALI Haruka and Yukari. They have fun songs with a twist, you should listen to TANDEM and Giri Giri Surf Rider, first.

GReeeeN Hide, Navi, 92 & Soh. They kind of J-pop, but still great! Aa, Domo. Hajimemashite. is their first album. My favorites on that album are: PARIPIPO and Ai Uta They also wrote the song weeeek for the boy band, NEWS. And you never see their faces btw...

Ketsumeishi Ryo, Ryoji, Ohkura, DJ Kouno. J-pop with some rap. Sakura is really good *thumbs up*

Kick the Can Crew KREVA, MCU & Little. I don't know much about them, but I see them on TV sometimes. MCU has a song with Kisarazu Cat's Eye, Seaside Bye Bye, worth listening to!

Heartsdales Rum and Jewels, maybe you should start with their best album, to have a taste of their whole career. They lived in NYC for a while, so their English is good. They are now broken up.

SOULHEAD Yoshika and Tsugumi. They sang with Koda Kumi for D.D.D. and XXX. Oh my sister is one of my favorite songs. You should try that one, both of the collabs with Kumi and the album Naked.

nobodyknows+ Don't know their names... Hip Hop, Jazz, Funk, Dance and Pop. Kokoro Odoru is their most popular song, it was on a few NDS games. Recently, they sang the opening for a Naruto series called, Hero's Come Back!!

That's a long list.. Hope you will enjoy these artists ^^

Will.....Japanese Hip-hop is okay but it's nothing compared to Korean Hip-hop! I luv Korean Hip-hop!

I recommend you Epik High! THEY ARE AWESOME! I have maaaaaaaany songs of them. This group won't disappoint you. I luv them....so please try them out, AyUta! Trust Me! Try their song Fan out first and then Fly. Those are their signature songs. I luv those to songs a lot!

I recommend you Zeebra too. He is Japanese. I like his songs! He won't disappoint you either.

Miliyah Kato? I thought see did rock music.....I must got her mixed up with someone else. O_O

@AyUta: Uhm Jung Hwa? I thought that was a man! Now, I know I got her name mixed up with another person. Yea, I heard of her.....Epik High was featured on one of her songs...I believe not for sure. I'll try her out too.

Oh, here's a list of Epik High songs I recommend:

Fly
Fan
Let It Rain
Love Love Love
Get High - They are actually talking about getting high!
Paris
Flow - I LUV THIS SONG! Tablo was wildin' out on this song!
High School
Lesson One (Tablo's Word)
Follow the Flow
Day of Peace
Music
Mr. Doctor
Even Alone (with Clazziquai)
Let It Be (with SG Wannabe)
You Are Not Alone (with SG Wannabe) - I like it! It's a very good cover of Micheal Jackson's version
Algo Boni (feat. Jinbo) It's a really nice hip-hop ballad!

I haven't seen EMYLI mentioned yet. She has a great voice, writes & composes most(if not all) of her music, but her earlier stuff is pretty hard to find.
ARIA is another one, I'm not too big one her, but maybe you'd like her.
MINMI - A GREAT reggae/hip-hop artist. You should check her out.

Did you ever hear any of Namie's 'Suite Chic' stuff? If not, that's pretty good as well.
