Workout Songs

I searched around because I thought there may already be a thread like this, but I couldn't find one!

Anyway, my question to everyone is-- what songs do you workout to? When I workout, I need a really powerful playlist. Music really motivates me so if a song that I'm not feeling comes on, my mood and focus are totally ruined and I stop. I usually put my iPod on shuffle when I workout, but then I end up stopping way before I planned to because my music doesn't flow.

In order to better motivate myself, I made a playlist of songs I think flow perfectly~ And I wanted to share it with anyone else who likes to workout while listening to very powerful music!

And I want you to share your suggestions too because eventually, I'll want to change things up. haha

I don't have any specific songs, but i think the best to work out to are club, dance songs. It's not hard to get lost in the trance of it haha.

^My dad used to do spin class in LA Fitness and the only music they would play was trance, techno, remix music. But the music really is nice. something to keep going. When I was in middle school and i worked out in the fitness center we had, I would put utada's Devil Inside's entire single on repeat. haha.
and so on. anything really dancy with a heavy beat.

i have a playlist on my ipod called 'driving'. i put it together for a friend who wanted to hear some cool and fun songs from asia.
it pretty much has energetic and bright songs. theres a mix of sounds, so if i dont feel like stomping it out, theres also just something pleasantly bubbly to keep me moving.

and of course, if this isnt enough for me, theres VNV Nation and all sorts of fun electronic music and bright pop.
