I don't think NEXT LEVEL on itself will spawn fans. I think it'd just bring attention to here from people who like Dance / Electronic (Next Level's) music, and they start researching her older work, and THEN they become a fan.

That's what happened with me and SECRET

I think it's hard, especially in Japan. It would be an uphill task to convert people who already knew about her but were never or were once her fans. I say you need to wait for a new generation to discover her.

hmm i think maybe people would notice NEXT LEVEL, but they'll go back and look for her other albums~ that's what i did, i discovered GUILTY first, but i went back and found (miss)understood and Secret, but those 2 albums were the ones that made me a fan

It is hard to say, but I hope NEXT LEVEL will attract some new fans. That would be great!

I don't know it's hard to say , maybe ? because each of her albums are so different in terms of music style

probably people who like electro pop will dig NEXT LEVEL ?
