questions about 'GUILTY'
last week i was on the 'Leipziger Buchmesse' and i buy a version of 'GUILTY',
i really don't know, but i think i've buyed a fake CD, because: - it's the CD version and it have the DVD cover? - the label is 'MIYA Records' but on their page is only 'A BEST 2'? - the CD looks like the Cover? - and the back-side is really different to the original? is it really a bootleg?  i made some mobilephone pictures but i can't upload them yet... CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? THX U IN ADVANCE!!!! PICTURES:

yeah, it's bootleg
 but it's still cool to see Ayu in Germany even if it is bootleg, right? ^^

yeah it is. lol sometimes i like a bootleg more than the real thing. like the miya records version of secret they put some of the hot booklet pics on the CD & DVD discs, instead of just those lame sparkles on the regular japan version

MIYA records does heaps of bootlegs of Japanese soundtracks, anime soundtracks and albums of musicians. Also beware of Son May CDs as they're bootleggers too (makes it difficult when you have SM records that's a legitimate company though!)
My current copy of MY STORY is a MIYA records version so I use it in the car now so I don't mind if it's stolen! The copies are generally very good/close to the original, with really thick pages for the booklets. I've never had any playback issues with them as all copy protection is obviously removed  Unfortunately because they're pretty good copies it's hard to tell the difference. Ayumi is contracted with Avex and Avex only.

I have 3 albums from Miya Records (i am, rainbow and My story) they were the 3 first ayu CD's I had... they don't have any mistake like those in GUILTY CD, simply the paper quality is lower and the marges in the my story booklet are a bit cut (yeaah.. i have to buy real versions XD) But well... not all Miya Records ayu's CD are thsi total fake bootlegs... ^^

It's pretty obvious that it's really a bootleg with the things that you have listed above and I wonder why you even bought it. It seems that Miya Records is like a big company and I wonder why it is not legally questioned by the authorities if they're selling bootlegs.

It might have been sealed so she couldn't open it? Most CD stores don't let you return opened goods. My guess as to why they're not persued is that they don't make a real impact on the larger music market so the CD companies don't bother tracking down the bootleggers? Maybe they only copy CDs after a long period of time. I got my MY STORY about the time (m)u was released....maybe the length of time means sales aren't really affected?

i'm sad about this news v.v there were so many cd's from MIYA RECORDS: I am... RAINBOW A BALLADS MY STORY GUILTY (what i bought) ayu-mi-x 6 -SILVER- & -GOLD- but i haven't eneough money too bought them *lucky* ______________________________________________ i've bought there a ORIGINAL (miss)understood CD+Photobook from avex too, but it's the china version ^^

I had a copy of MY STORY which is my "first" Ayu CD.
I was a noob on that time. And about on GUILTY, yes, its a bootleg. DON'T BUY IT! [:O

You dont need to open the CD to notice something like that. And yes, Miya Records is a notorious bootlegger, don't ever buy anything with their label on it!
