where can I buy blank 'fat' cd cases ?

My S'pore press of Koda Kumi's BEST ~BOUNCE & LOVERS~ has been smashed up internally for quite sometime & I thought of replacing it but unfortunately or not , the type of casings that was used for B&L is those 'fat' ones (like for ayumi's) , not the normal CD + DVD cases that were used

is there any websites that I can buy such cases online ? cos I frankly doubt that locally , such cases are being sold here but I could be wrong about it

Maybe you could try Popular/CDRama. But again they might not have this 'fat' kind (I know, cos you're looking for those that can fit 2CD+DVD/CD+2DVD right)... but it never hurts to call them up and ask.

At most you could buy 3 CD cases and put the different discs in the cases... which is really troublesome IMO. Ahhh

or you could try to find another artist that you don't care for so much, and see if they have one...and then jut ditch their CDs, or do whatever with them, and use the case for kuu lol

or maybe you can try to find a cheap used kuu copy where the case isn't damaged, and just swatch the CDs or something.

I don't think Popular has those 'fat' cases Jun Xiang but I will keep my eyes open the next time I pass by 1

it's annoying that these kinda cases are exclusive in a way & when it's smashed/cracked , it's so difficult to replace them

You meant Multi-CD jewel case?

I don't think Popular has it? Because the outlet at Jurong Point doesn't have it but that's probably that outlet only. Anyway, I'd try HMV.

the kinds that are used for ayumi's & Koda's albums , Jia Rong , CD + DVD(s) wise

cos I'm planning to replace the casing for Koda's BEST ~BOUNCE & LOVERS~ as it has been smashed up & I really don't know if there's any store locally that sell such cases

I doubt so for Popular . I don't know for HMV leh

i never saw those fat cases in popular, i've been asking about it from the staff and they said its only available from their company

i remember my friend bought kuu's black cherry album and got a scratch on it, he told the manager to change the case for him, and he just took a random album case (which is fat too) and change it for my friend.

that's really lucky Seb , I wish those kinda fat cases will be made available to be sold as it's such a pain to live with such a thing (points to Koda's BEST ~BOUNCE & LOVERS~)

Multi CD jewel cases are extremely hard to find, infact it's almost like impossible LOL. The thing that's probably impossible to replace is the inlay though (The one that holds the booklet). If it's the disc tray / cover and all that, well you can manually dismantle the case and replace it with normal blank jewel cases, if you know what I mean.

Well...since you live in singapore and you guys have like HMV's there, why dont you just go buy like a cheap CD+DVD single....and then just switch it with your Kumi CD....I mean...chances are...if you found an online site that actually carried it...it would probably be overpriced....and you would have to pay shipping and handling fees...and you would have to wait...why not just avoide the hassle...

So, is this fat cd case, a bit thicker than the usual avex CD+DVD single/album cases? What's the difference between this and the usual avex CD+DVD cases?

I don't think any of my CD's are this fat cd case type. *unsure*.

^Oh a difference in the avex cases? @_@ I thought when she said "normal cases" she meant like the regular kind with the flippy thing (Utada Prisoner of Love?) and when she said "fat" cases she meant like Ayu albums with CD+DVD that kind...I dunno about 2 types of avex cases though...gotta look into that.

I have Ai Otsuka's ai am BEST CD+DVD, and the case is thick / fat.

I just took a look at it, it's exactly double the thickness compared with regular CD's.

Not sure if the fat cd case that Karen is referring to is the one that is like the ai am BEST CD+DVD that I have ?
