lady gaga being kawaii in japan
i am posting this bc i saw a lot of people saying she is being "culturally insensitive" by wearing the outfit she has on (which is lolita + ganguro make-up jsyk) and i would like to know how ahs feels about this

Culturally insensitive?
Maybe people are saying that because combining Lolita with Manba make up is a thing japanese would never do. And she really looks like she has no clue what she's wearing in this video. I wonder if she could explain what she's wearing but I doubt it. Probably she just saw examples of Lolita and manba/gyaru and decide to wear them herself.

Lady GaGa's fashion is always different to the norm, so I can see why she mixed two different styles. She won't just settle for the standard style. I can see why it can be considered insensitive to some people, but I just see it as her typical self. XD
Doesn't make the makeup any less ugly though. D:
