^I just seems like it might be.
Its very 'complete' you know? It has ALL of her singles, and the few pvs of hers that haven't been released on her BPV Collections.

She's been in the business for 10 years now, and she's been making a big deal about it.
She just released a new single, and announced another and this compilation before that single was even out!
She's touring this summer, with no word what-so-ever of a new album.
She's also releasing a book called "My Life's In the Bag".

Sounds pretty final to me.

But, she's also said that she wants to start a North American career sometime. So maybe she's really going to focus on that now....
