I wonder if the sequins are just clear over a print of the Secret picture?

This could be something you could get on TaoBao, but I guess you would need the chinese wording for "sequin" and "custom print" so you can send them the picture you want printed and they can lay sequins over the top?

I was in my favourite chinese restaurant (In Europe) and the chinese girl wore a t-shirt with ayu, it was the mirrorcle world cover on it with some changes..
