As kinix said, Ayu just opened an official LINE account! If you don't know what LINE is:

Snoop Dogg, Kesha, AAA, and a few other celebs also have LINE accounts. You can change countries after installing and see them under "official accounts" for that said country. Ayu has accounts for the following:

-China
-Hong Kong
-Indonesia
-Japan
-Malaysia
-Singapore
-Taiwan
-Thailand

Please see below for quick instructions:
1. When the artist/brand is accepting messages from fans, the term 'ON AIR' will be shown on the artist’s Official Account.
2. When the artist is not accepting messages, the artist’s auto-replies will be sent to
fans. Artists cannot read messages that have been sent from fans during times when the artist is not accepting messages, as these messages will not be received by the artist.
3. When the artist/brand is accepting messages, the fans can only send the artist text,
emoji, and stickers. Fans cannot send photos, location information, voice messages or
videos to the artists.
4. Please note that artists cannot reply directly to individual fans.
5. Comments sent by individual fans cannot be viewed by other fans. They can only be
viewed by the artist/brand, people affiliated with the artist, and LINE administrators.

★ Push Notification of the artist/brand account is set OFF by default. If you like to be
notified of new messages via push notifications, tap the […] button on the top-right, tap
[Chat Settings] and switch notifications ON.
You can still view messages as usual even with the notifications switched OFF.
If you want to be notified of new messages immediately, please switch ON

If you change your country, you can add Ayu's Singapore account and get her messages in English.

This reminds me that Junsu and Yoochun from DBSK/JYJ use LINE! Junsu posted a screencap from their convo a little bit ago. They must have private accounts cuz they're not under Korea's official ones. I was wondering what it was. It's pretty cool!

can we choose which account to add? i mean when i added her, it automatically sent me messages in Malay. I am in Malaysia but i'd like to change it to English/Taiwanese.

I added the Singapore account and it was in English, so I changed the message in the OP.

She has 8 accounts total across Asia, one for each country.

^^ In the Official Accounts tab, click on "Select another country" and you can select Taiwan from it.
